A $150 NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee (CASH OR CHECK ONLY) must accompany this form in order to reserve your child’s place in our 2026-2027 school year program. No registration fee is assessed for families who have applied for and provided confirmation of a Child Care Assistance Contract from the ECECD.  Forms and fees will not be accepted prior to Tuesday, February 17, 2026, unless you are a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church or your child is currently enrolled.
